BOOKING POLICY

 

Thank you so much for your support in helping our small business run smoothly. 

 

The following booking terms & conditions allow us to continue providing a top quality experience to our beautiful clients!

General Terms & Conditions:

  • After booking your appointment, you will receive an email and / or text message containing a link to confirm your booking. Please follow the link and provide your card details to confirm the appointment (you will not be charged, and only the last four digits of your card number are visible to us). Your details will be held securely in our system.

  • Your credit card will only be charged with your consent at the conclusion of your appointment, for cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time, or if you fail to show up for your appointment.

  • Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or 

    rescheduling (this allows us to offer the time to other clients!). Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in your card being charged.

  • To avoid cancellation / no-show charges, we welcome clients to send a friend or family member in their place should they be unable to attend an appointment. 

  • Please advise us if extreme circumstances have caused you to cancel your appointment - we will of course take these into account.

  • Willow is a warm, friendly and relaxed environment, we understand that sometimes busy mums may need to bring their children to an appointment. We kindly ask that kids stay close-by to mum (we don't want little fingers ending up in hot wax) and that noise is kept to a minimum. 

 

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product or service you receive at Willow, please let us know within 24 hours so we are able to remedy this for you. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want every experience you have in salon to be a great one. Thank you for your understanding!

  • Thorough Covid-19 safe hygiene practices are in place throughout the salon.
