BOOKING POLICY

 

Thank you so much for your support in helping our small business run smoothly. 

 

The following booking terms & conditions allow us to continue providing a top quality experience to our beautiful clients!

General Terms & Conditions:

  • After booking your appointment, you will receive an email and / or text message containing a link to confirm your booking. Please follow the link and securely pay your 50% booking depoist. 50% of your treatment cost is payable at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable at the conclusion of your treatment via any of our accepted payment methods. â€‹

  • Please note we are no longer able to book appointments via email, instagram or facebook. We welcome use of these platforms to ask questions or learn more about what we do at Willow however online, via phone or in person are our only accepted booking methods.

​

  • Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or 

    rescheduling (this allows us to offer the time to other clients!). Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in your boooking fee being forfeited. Failure to show up to an appointment will incur 100% of the treatment cost. Booking fees will be rolled over to any appointments rescheduled outside our 24 hour cancellation period.

  • To avoid cancellation / no-show charges, we welcome clients to send a friend or family member in their place should they be unable to attend an appointment. 

​

  • Please advise us if extreme circumstances have caused you to cancel your appointment - we will of course take these into account.

​

  • Due to OH&S children must be supervised at all times. We are unable to perform treatments while babies or toddlers are being held.  â€‹

  • To ensure everyone has a relaxing and enjoyable experience at Willow we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum and that food is not consumed in the salon.   

​​

  • If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product or service you receive at Willow, please let us know within 24 hours so we are able to remedy this for you. We pride ourselves on our customer service and want every experience you have in salon to be a great one.
